1. Information collected

When you submit the registration or tour-request form, you provide your name, phone number, and email address. The submission identifies which form you used and includes a hidden field used to help detect spam.

Netlify, the website hosting and form-processing provider, may also process technical information associated with requests, such as your IP address, browser or device information, requested pages or downloadable files, and request times, to deliver the site and help operate and protect its services.

These forms do not ask for payment details, Social Security numbers, financial account information, or mortgage-application information. Please do not submit that information through these forms.

2. How information is used and who can access it

Contact details are used to respond to your inquiry, discuss available homes and floor plans, coordinate a requested tour, and follow up about your interest in Greenehaven. Submitting a form requests that contact; it does not reserve a home or confirm a tour appointment.

Netlify processes and stores form submissions. The current form settings also send submission notifications to Josh’s email. Josh & Sabree and authorized people who administer this website or assist with inquiries may access the information for those purposes. Hosting and email providers process information as part of delivering these services.

Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or necessary to respond to lawful requests, prevent fraud, or protect legal rights. Contact Josh if you would like more information about the handling of your particular inquiry.

3. Registration memory and browser storage

After a successful form submission, the site saves a completion timestamp in your browser’s local storage and session storage. The timestamp is used to keep the registration prompt from appearing again and show links to downloadable property materials for 30 days in that browser. It does not contain your name, email address, or phone number.

The local-storage timestamp remains until browser data is cleared or replaced, but the site stops treating it as a completed registration after 30 days. Session storage normally lasts for the browser tab’s session. Clearing this website’s browser data removes the registration memory and may cause the prompt to appear again. It does not delete a form submission held by Netlify or an email recipient.

This registration feature uses browser storage rather than a registration cookie. Third-party services described below may use their own cookies, storage, or similar technologies.

4. Hosting, fonts, videos, and external links

• Netlify: Hosts the website and handles submitted forms. See Netlify’s Privacy Policy for information about its processing practices.
• Google Fonts: Fonts are requested from Google when pages load. Those requests disclose technical connection information, including your IP address and browser request details, to Google.
• YouTube: Video thumbnails load from YouTube’s image service. Clicking a video loads a YouTube player using its privacy-enhanced embed domain. Requests to those services share technical information with Google/YouTube; privacy-enhanced mode does not mean that no data is exchanged. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Other websites: Links to the builder, lender, agent website, or other services take you to independently operated websites. Information you provide there is subject to their own privacy policies.

5. Retention and security

The 30-day registration memory is separate from the contact information submitted through a form. Form and email records are not automatically deleted when the browser timestamp expires. The time those records are retained depends on the ongoing inquiry, business recordkeeping needs, and applicable legal requirements. You may contact Josh to ask about retention or request deletion.

The website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Your choices and privacy requests

You may choose not to submit the forms. The main property page requires registration to continue browsing after the initial preview, but this privacy policy is always available without registration. You can also contact Josh directly by phone or email.

To ask about information associated with your inquiry, request a correction or deletion, or ask that phone or email follow-up stop, contact Josh using the details below. Please identify the email address or phone number you used to submit your inquiry. Additional information may be needed to verify a request; do not send government identification or financial documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional rights relating to your personal information. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and any recordkeeping obligations.

7. Children’s privacy

This property website is intended for adults exploring real estate. Its forms are not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact Josh so the matter can be reviewed and the information removed as appropriate.

8. Changes to this policy

Updates to this policy will be posted on this page with a revised date.
